Complexities:

- The home is situated on top of a hill with soft clay. In order to lay the build the concrete deck, we needed to drill 14 caissons 35 feet into the ground. To accomplish this, we built special platforms to support our excavators.

-New Title 24 requirements had been released and plans drawn on the previous guidelines had expired, so we drew new plans in adherence to all of the new requirements as well as meeting the owners strict timing deadlines.
